Before they found the dermoid cyst via ultrasound, my main symptoms were pain in the form of severe twinges in my left ovary (especially during ovulation), heavy periods, and trouble with bladder fullness. This is pressure in my lower abdomen and in my pain, todays pain was so bad. Some of us just produce larger ovulation cysts than others and get ovulation pain.
